As far as i've seen...yes it is. I havn't seen a new ram that didnt' have the trailer brake harness under the dash. Who knows, maybe the single cab, base model, two wheel drive model doesn't have it...but cant say i've seen one of those either.

one more thing...I would ALSO advise not using the IOM Chrysler 7 on the new 07 Rams. Its works great for the 06 Rams that have the starter wire, but not so good for the 07's. I use the diagram I posted earlier and the OM Chrysler 2 and never had an issue yet.
