Its great to be able to "pull" things from experience but that still doesn't help those of us who need a wiring diagram for a vehicle that we haven't seen yet. Thanks

if i'm not mistaken both WM and Diretechs suggest pulsing the drivers doorpin.... just like shutting down RAP.... this will shut down the autolamps feature on most Lexus and Toyotas i've worked on with this feature..... as they are designed to stay on until 30 seconds after the drivers door is closed

Its not about seeing a new vehicle for the first time. What I said to do applies to just about every new vehicle with Autolamps out there. Its about the theory of how cars work.
Let's see....you shut the car off. The radio stays on. The headlights stay on. You open the door to get out. Suddenly the radio and headlights shut off. Maybe there is a connection between the two. How about repeating what just happened, but this time have the remote start do it. What wire sends a pulse after the remote start shuts down? Oh yeah, the Rearm wire. How about hooking it up to the drivers door trigger? If you are a professional installer doing a remote start, this is something you should check out on every car. Would you want the battery in your car to die every time you remote start the car and it times out? I wouldn't. You shouldn't want your customer to have that problem either.
