Hi all. I have mounted my CB radio in my car and have 2 questions. First, if anyone is familiar with this specific car, what is the best route to run the antenna wire from the trunk to the driver's side dashboard area? Second. The radio's positive and negative wires go directly to my battery (with a fuse in-lien of course). The installation manual mentions mounting the radio to a metal dash in the car, however mien is screwed into plastic. Therefore the case of the radio is not grounded (or at least no directly as it would be if it were mounted to metal). Is this a problem? How can I fix it if it is?

No, not a problem for the mouunting, your pulling a ground off the battery.. I would recomend adding a relay from an ignition source so your cb isn't on all the time..., I think the trunk on your car is fiberglass, NOT metal, so you'll get no ground plane for you antenna...
