i would like to replace the 4 door speakers and possibly the (2)  3 1/2 " speakers in the dash , and add an amp. I already have a new headunit.  What would be the best setup/speaker wiring configuration with the new amp.  The rear door speakers  are 6.5 ", would it be possible to use components there? Thanks, Rob.

i'm not real familiar with that year truck, but i do know that you can usually do anything you put some effort into.  make it fit!  is what i always say.  i would give more on the 3's, but i am not sure exactly how they wire up to the factory deck.  i used to have some nice 3" power series (rockford) firing off the glass of my old car and they screamed.

I have an '06 ram 2500 and the front door speakers are 6x9's and the rear doors are 5 1/4, are you sure of your speaker sizes?
