looking for a wire diagram to install a alarm in a 82 lotus esprit

I'd be very surprised if anyone had the diagram for a car so old and rare.

However...there is next to nothing to that car electrically...if you can't figure the wiring out in 5 minutes or less using a meter you may need to have a professional installer assist you.

I did find the wiring for a lotus espirit..but from 1986..as far back as the source goes..perhaps it's the same.

It is incomplete but as I stated this is a 5 minute job.

Starter wht/red or brown @ ignition harness

Ignition white @ ignition harness

Power Lock/unlock.... add actuator in the drivers door

Parking Lights + blue

Door Trigger RED / blk or blu/wht - @ driver kick panel

Just probe for constant and find a ground. Everything else is basic..siren..led..shock..valet switch.
