My car will crank sometimes but won't turn over and I got the car to the dealer and they say it's the aftermarket alarm but my question is if the aftermarket alarm was the problem the car should not even crank correct?
thanks

Although I would love to bash the dealership, if the installer only put the starter kill on one of the starter wires in the vehicle it would crank, and not start.
It is rare that an alarm goes faulty but not unheard of, what is the exact make and model of the alarm?
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

The alarm model is a Galaxy 5000rs-2w with remote start,I called the installer and he said that he did not put on a ignition kill nor did he cut any wires.
thanks
