Hi,
I purchased a power window kit for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma
from A1 Electric. I have the wiring diagrams from Toyota
and the one included by A1 Electric.
The A1 Electric wiring diagram only shows a 25A fused
power source from the ignition switch.
The wiring diagram from Toyota shows a Power Window Main Relay
that is fed by an Integration Relay. Since my truck did not
come with Power Windows there in no Power Window Main Relay
and the Integration Relay is wired up differently.
Do I need a relay for the power window installation?
If I need a relay, how would the set up go?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure why you have the Toyota diagram for something you don't have! Install them the way the instaructions tell you to. We install lots of windows(only Spal kits) and all get powered from the igntion switch unless it's low current. On you Tacoma the ignition wire will work fine. Be sure to fuse them there too...

Thanks for the help Mike.
The reason I got the Toyota Wiring Diagram is because
I want to use OEM switches for the windows.
I bought armrests, door wire harnesses, and switches.
So the truck will look stock.

To use the factory switches may require you to add relays to operate the windows, depending if they have inputs like a 5 wire lock switch would.
