My friend has asked me to install a < color=#0000ff >UltraStart U1271M-XR Remote Start/Alarm in her 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse. She purchased the alarm on eBay not knowing that domelight supervision wasnt an included feature with the alarm. My question is, will the Factory Disarm wire activate the domelight? Thanks in advance for your time.

Dome Supervision

GREEN/ orange

-

3 pin plug below fuses, pin 1

on most late model car and truck when you unlock / disarm domelight supervion it come on but not on this car you have to hookup a wire from alram to GREEN/ orange then when you unlock/disarm domelight will come on for 30sec or more

So when this wire sees a negative pulse it will activate for 30 seconds (or whatever the factory duration of time is)? And this can be accomplished by splicing the domelight supervision wire into the unlock wire? Thank you so much for your help.
