Hi I am planning to use Cliffnet Wizard 2.20 to set up and adjust features on a Clifford Avantguar 4 G4 alarm.
Trouble is my laptop does not have a serial port and only has USB. Also I am running XP Pro edition. I have a serial to USB adaptor cable.
Just wondering will the Wizard work with this setup? I remember a while back someone told me that there was a problem using USB adaptors and XP concerning connection issues.
Anyone please advise.

It wont work like the rest of us (including USA) at time of writing you will have to wait, suggest May/Jne; I've been phoning UK/California for 6 months over this, lets face it in a crunch you can manually do everything except  starter crank time.
