I have a potential customer that has two of these Cobalt amps Previously installed in his car. They are a 430 and a 260. One is blue and the other is silver.

He asked me if they are worth keeping, I was not sure. He wants to install an Alpine 12" Type R, and the car has upgraded spekers that he would he like amplified. I thought maybe the 4 channel amp would be ok but suggested upgrading to a new mono amp for the sub.

These amps look old...but that doesn't mean much.

If anyone couold lend their thoughts or ideas towards this, I would certainly appreciate it.

I'll give him $8.50 for both of them, and that includes shipping!
No, the Cobalts were never worth anything at all, AFAIAC, and they were the extra thick black sharpie line marking the end of Orion...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
