Anyway I have 2 15" subwoofers that are green and they say on them in the middle of them " Hollywood RS 2001 " . I am trying to get more information about them and I have been searching all over the internet through search engines and these speakers never come up. The only luck I have is getting the Hollywood reference series and HSL series.
I am trying to figure out if these 15" woofers are bridgeable or not. And if so parallel or series. If anyone can help me find a manual of these speakers or any thing that talks about them let me know.
Please help :)
Thank you

amps are bridgeable, not subwoofers.
You will have to know the impedance of the woofers and then determine the best way to hook them up to the amp you are using.
most woofers will tell you if they are dual 4 or 2 or __ ohms
what kind of amp are you using

I am using the Rockford Fosgate Punch P850
    * RMS Power Range : 225-850 Watts
    * Number Of Channels: 2
    * Maximum Power: 850 Watts
    * Low Frequency response: 20 Hz
    * High Frequency Response: 20000 Hz
    * Built In Crossovers: Yes
    * Channel Separation: Yes
# Rated Power: 225 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS
# Rated Power: 425 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS
# Rated Power: 850 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms bridged RMS
I'll have to pull my speaker out tomorrow and see if it say's what impedance it is.

I am pretty sure they are 2 ohm speakers though. And they are 800 watts peak, 400 continuous. Trying to bridge to get the full power of the speakers or close to it. Will reply tomorrow to say if they are 2 ohm or 4.

Ok they are 4 ohm speakers. My only thought is to bridge these speakers paralell and give them 425 W x 2.    Is this right anyone?
4 ohm single voice coil.
