I have a 1993 Chevy Blazer Full size, and I gave a Sony Xplod head unit.
My problem is when I turn the volume level past 17 the music will cut off for roughly 3 seconds then it will cut back off after about 30 seconds. I got 1 6 channel amp for my speakers but I'm not sure if that matters at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

My guess: Gain is not set properly, and/or you have a bad ground on your amp.
