refurb amps are fine as long as they are from a reputable source. How much power do these woofers want? do you know?

the subs you have require 400 watts rms/800 watts max.  their dual voice coil so you can run a 1 ohm mono load or a 4 ohm mono load.  any 400 watt 2 channel amp would be good for the subs as long as the enclosure is anywhere between 1 cubic foot to 1.25 cubic foot.  i recommend a kicker KX350.2 for the two subs.  that should be suffient power with little distortion.  add a good radio with a high voltage sub preout and your subs will run for a long time as long as you "tune" the amp correctly.  if your looking for something inexpensive to run the subs, go after a power accoustik 800 watt max 2-channel amp but make sure the box you have is a sealed box because the amp is a bit "dirty" and will cause the subs to distort in a vented/ported box.
