I still have my Irragi alternator, purchased several years back sitting in my room. And yes I did the same thing as far as getting new pulleys. Yet I don't think the current one I have will work, go figure.voltage issues - Page 2 -- posted image.

We ship all alternators with a slightly smaller pulley already. If you want something smaller, we have a cnc machined 1 5/8" pulley for $59

Thanks, Dom

Ya know I get so much grief on this board for telling people NOT to get high output alternators for reasons exactly like this.  This clown "Iraggi" or whatever is supposedly the best rebuilder around?

How much money have you given him so far?  Jeeze.

It has got to be awfully aggravating to spend that kind of money and THEN have to go track down MORE parts?

Gimmie a Yellow Top anyday.

Take it easy champ, if I didn't know your style of cynical posts, I might actually get offended.voltage issues - Page 2 -- posted image. Oh wait, that would be my buyers remorse.

It's so true. Nothing ever is just "bolt in".
