ok, I don't really need the whole diagram, just need to know the colors for the rear speaker wires. which are the positive and negative colors for the right and left rear speakers. Thanks in advance for any help

Here are all the wire colors and polarity for your 2004 Dodge Neon.

LF Speaker +/- dk. green - BROWN / red

RF Speaker +/- purple - dk. blue/red

LR Speaker +/- BROWN / yellow - BROWN / lt. blue

RR Speaker +/- dk. blue/white - dk. blue/org

ok, now i need to know which wire on the same car to hook the remote wire for my amp too...thanks

That vehicle does not have a factory amp turn on wire so the best place for the amp turn on is the ignition/ACC wire at the radio harness.

Radio Ignition RED / white + radio harness

Yes most sites you do have to pay for. Some conpanies you purchase from which is my case they provide you with this information.
