I was thinking installing a Battery Cut off switch for security.  Anyways the bad part about it is that my radio and clock are going to reset everytime I shut off the battery.  I was wondering if it was possible to get a back-up battery so when I cut off my battery the back-up will still save my radio settings and the clock time.  Which back up battery do you recommend and how would you do it?

Can't you just wire it so it cut's off the ignition wire to the radio, not the power??

Any alarm system backup battery would work, but you would simply pretend the radio is the alarm brain. It installs inline (in the +12 constant) between the source (car's battery) and the radio.
Easy... back up battery for radio -- posted image.
As far as the clock? That'll require re-wiring, unless you are referring to the clock within the radio. That'll be taken care of with the above solution.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Rather than a battery cutoff, you could put an ignition or starter cutoff. Install a switch inline with either one of these wires at the harness, and you're done - 5 minute job.

if your going to go about doing a starter kill or something of the sort I would reccomend using a relay in-line and a switch to controll the relay.
