I would pay that, but I'm not 100% sure if 1 day would be enough time to cover the "new" basics well. With technology of cars evolving and systems becoming more and more complex, the "basics" may not be able to cover most cars even. This would be more of a product demo and show rather than a teaching system due to all the various configurations needed to cover various brands of cars.

I would say make it 5 days long and do a 60%class and 40%shop and charge around $300 and you still have a deal. I would definetly do that. You can start out with the basics and move to more difficult by the end of the week. One day wouldn't be enough imo if your doing 4 hours class and 4 hours shop. I don't think new installers can install a remote start in 4 hours. My first on took about 4 but it was on a 93 corrola.
