Im thinking about getting 2- 15"  400W RMS 800W Max , DVC 4 Ohm Subs. I was wondering if you could tell me the best amp and wiring configuration would be best for these 2 subs and if these are even credible subs. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Seriously, as DYohn says, we need make and model.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Make an model is seriously needed for us to tell you if it is a quality sub or not.
It is like me asking if an engine is good....it has 200 hp and 16 valves. Not much to go by ya know??

No. Not good. Swap-o-rama specials.

It really depends on what speakers your powering but I've had a few infinity amps and they all sounded excellent.  Infinity is always my next choice if I can't wait for JL stuff to ordered and delievered at an authorized JL retailer.

Definitely the eclipse.  Not only is it the only one of those amps that will power a good subwoofer, but the eclipse amps sounds the cleanest of those brands as well
