I am trying to install a alarm/starter. My problem is I have found the dome supervision wire + to detect the door(s) are open. The lights will stay on for some time when the doors are locked and the alarm thinks that door is open and set the alarm off. How do I prevent the alarm from seeing the dome supervison temorarly so the alarm will not go off?

Usually you can program your alarm /remote start to ignore the dome light signal until it turns off. Look through your manual for the programming.
