Can a car have 2 starter moter wires? if so do you have to cut them both and put a relay to each for the alarm to stop the car from starting?

Both would need power for remote start. As for the cut off, cut the main starter and see if it still cranks. If it does then you would just have to use a relay for the second starter. Never connect to each other. If the car still cranks then you would use relays for both.
