Hey I have a 06 Denali with the touchscreen nav, dvd, and xm. My question is can I put a aftermarket deck in but retain the nav, dvd, and xm or not? Let me know and thanks in advance.

Sure can, as long as the unit you put in has nav, dvd and XM capability.

So basically your saying you can't keep the factory nav, dvd and xm.
