Ok so i put the bypass in and light comes on solid i turn to ON position.  Select the #1  vehicle code  save it and the led come on solid i start the car it goes out.  I try to RS and nothin happens. The door locks work great.   I follow the reset steps for the bypass and i follow it to a T but it will not reset.  Ive done atleast 20 of these trucks before kinda rusty cause its summer but hey.  so just for intrest i grap a gmbp and try that it accepts the resistor code  cool i switch the jumper and try again  still nothin?  Now im real confused it took the code but will not start the car the RS is fine i can start with the key and RS take over No prob.  There is 12  also goin to the starter wire when the rs  trys that we verified also.   Any one have any ideas

test power output from ignition and starter wires out of remote start module. It  sounds like defective remote start or defective install
