also forgot to mention i don't have the pin alternate ignition harness hooked up i plugged it and gave it power and it made no difference.

I finally got it and it was the tack wire i thought it was programmed but it was not so after i got it right it started right up i guess u live and u learn right thanks for everyones help.

if it's saying inhibit you have the switch plugged into the wrong port....it should be orange but sometimes there are two orange ports
