I am running a combination of amp brands, and some say that this is what leads to turn off/on noise.  I have a Jl 500/1, a JL 300/4, and two of the older PPI Power class amps. One is a 2600.2 and the other is a 2150.2.  These are all quality components.  They are fed through an Alpine W200 with the 701 external processor.  That feeds into 8 channels worthh of Audio Control line drivers (1 Matrix and 1 Overdrive)  My question is whether there are any of the internal jumpers in the Audio Control pieces that can be changed to eliminate this noise.  I don't wish to switch the remote line, and a full amp change to matching components is not coming until next year.  Any thoughts before I go tearing into this thing?  Must tweak and tune this month for a run through intro SQ at Texas Heatwave.

Check your amp grounds, processor grounds, and make sure all your rca cables still have ground also. That's where I would start.
