Being that (not to sound condescending) you don't sound experienced enough to want to tap into your ignition wires and connect the remote wire directly to the accessory wire in your ignition, what I would do, and have done in the past, is run the remote wire to a constant 12v source (ie. hu power/memory wire, or battery positive) through a toggle switch.  You'll have to turn the amp on/off manually but it works.
