I have a wig wag flasher unit that I purchased from some one, but it does not have the flash rate that I want.
I am looking for a combined total of 60 flashes a min with 2 bulbs (30 flash a min each) such as you would find on a locomotive. An example is in this video;

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ian

You did not mention whether yours was too fast or too slow. IF too fast, you can add resistors into the line to each light to slow the pace down. If you want to speed up you will need a different module. Often sellers on Ebay will list flash rates for headlight strobes which may beneift your situation. Check that out. Also if you are working with strobe rather than halogen bulbs BE CAREFUL. Strobes are connected to a powerful capacitor which discharges high voltage to produce flash; disconnecting module to light may be dangerous. You might want to find the manufacturer and see if they can give you a safety spec on that. Good luck!
