12+ constant problems

alright heres the deal i have an 88 honda prelude my problem is that my deck shuts of and on with any slight movement of the car and pretty much whenever it wants to. it did not do this until i had to disconnect the 12+ constant. after i hooked iut back up it started this i have checked connections and have reconnected them twice i dont know what else to do any help would be awsome!!! thanks....V/R corndogg

Run your +12V directly to your battery, or to your ignition harness.  This should solve your problem.  Don't forget a fuse!  Good luck!

thanks but the thing with that is it was done the way you are saying and i hooked it up to the stock harness and thats when all this started when i returned it back to the other source it did the same thing so i think it may be a ground. what do you think? because its not grounded to the stock harness but someplace else. any ideas? thank you again V/R the corndogg

yep i ended up pulling the deck out and sure enough the ground was kaput!!!! so i hook it through the stock harness sounds like angels singing!!!! thanx for all ur help take V/R corndogg
