I have been comissioned to add a alarm, power windows and door lock to a base model 06 Nissan Maxima. I have been researching kits and most here seem to recommend SPAL. But have anyone ever used autoloc kits? They seem to have a lot more flexability with installation.

Also what do you guys think of ebay budgit kits? total crap or am I just paying for the name with SPAL/Autoloc?

I installed that exact same kit in my car. They worked, alright, but they're truly awful in quality and operation.
I replaced them with brand-new genuine Mercedes-Benz motors and switches earlier this year. There's absolutely no comparison between the two!
Tell your client to rather invest in genuine window motors and regulators. He's not going to be satisfied with those aftermarket kits for long...
