I just installed my Valet 712T this morning! Also connected my car's horn. Here's how you should connect your siren using a regular SPDT relay, assuming it activates by switching to ground:
#85 & #87   Fused 12V
#86        Brown input wire from 712T module
#87a        Ground
#30        To siren's live wire
If your siren activates by switching to 12V, use the following relay setup:
#85 & #87   Fused 12V
#86        Brown input wire from 712T module
#87a        Not used
#30        To siren's live wire
Hope it helps!

I'm too lazy to download a manual for the 712t, so I am going to assume the 'horn' output wire is a (-) signal.
Black from 'chirper' to ground.
Red from 'chirper' to 30 on a relay.
86 and 87 of relay to a 5 amp fused constant 12v.
85 of relay to (-) horn output of 712t.
