key lock on hummer 2005

i have a cutomer who call me this morning complaining that he remote start the car with a remote start and when he put the key in the cilinder, the car die and he can't get the key out of it i told him to check the lever to see if he had it on gear he said no , and also he can turn the key to ing position but the dash board has no power, has any body had this problem in this car before

something has triggerd the ing fuse under the hood. when this fuse blows the key can not be removed from the cylinder. you must replace this fuse for the car to work properly. there in to much current on that Ing for the fuse to take. you may have to move the power wire to batt.
