07 ram remote start/alarm issue

here's the deal. clifford rs 2.1 remote start/alarm. everything works great, ecept. when u arm the alarm wait for the factory alarm to arm up remote start the truck, then disarm the alarm, get in and do the key and brake, right. the cruise button on the sterring wheel don't work. if u try it all other ways like not arming the alarm, or just remote startin the truck it works. i have run every thing i can think of to makin sure its the right resistance to checkin ground ohms and stuff, i do this professionally and have been for some time. I called dei tech and they had not info or answers on this yet. got any ideas. i used a iom chrysler 7. thanks

Did you also do dcoument #1084 with the IOM7?  I believe that the Iom7 still needs doc 1084.

yes and it all works great except the cruise button after arm start disarm.
