I am having trouble with the door locks on a 03 suburban does anyone know how to hook up a keyless entry systym without a part#456g any info would be helpful or even a link to directfax document #1601.thanks

you can supposedly go to the switch in the back cargo area and tap that .but it wont control the factory alarm like the 456 or gmdl4

but has any one out there actually tried it through the switch in the cargo area. The previous post doesn't say if it worked.

It should work fine, you 'll just need to also access the Light Green OE alarm disarm wire in the driver's door. By far the best way is the GMDL4 type of interface.
