Just installed this and I hot a classic case of the 'starts, but shuts right off' and I am begining understad the whole PassLock II thing now and I have seen there are a few out there  but reading the installation manual to my alarm it seems like it is already installed.

There is a blue/white wire : (-)200mA Bypass Output When Remote Start

and there is a yellowwire: (+)Ignition of Key Cylinder (Key On) Input.

Are these the two wires that are needed to bypass the passlock system?

What's your vehicle?  You need only the bypass (-) wirre, this will send out ground when you remote start the car.
Take your time, a solution is just around the corner :-)

It is in a 98 Chevy Astro, what do I hook up the bypass (-) to?
