I have installed just installed power windows, power locks, and keyless entry in my 1993 Mercury Topaz, and i am just wondering if there is a relay or setup that i am able to use a negative pulse from the keyless entry/power locks to switch in between three wires.
Here is a pic of what I think I need.

For all the hassle you are gonna go thru, it is better to just get a power window controller module from DEI and use that instead of trying to hook up relays to control it. It will work better using the module and you'll be a lot less frustrated in the end. Trust me I've already been there, done that.
