That really depends on you.  Fiberglass has the bonus of being lighter, as well as much more flexible to form.  However it is MUCH more expensive and more difficult to work with.  What are your reasons for looking at fiberglass for an alternative over MDF?  What is your experience level in working with these materials?

The only reason i would consider fibreglass over MDF is because if it would give me more spl than i would do it, and plus it looks better, but i think Im going to just do MDF because i can get MDF to look really nice and its a hell of a lot easier.

a lot of boxes are made out of both. MDF where flats side are needed or acceptible to the space where fiberglass is used where curves and odd shapes are need. MDF requires basic wood shop skills and construction time is less to get a good finished project. Fiberglass requires Both time and patience to achive the same type of finished results..though the results can be spectacular. Use the matterials that will give your situation the best utilization of space and the finish your are willing to put time into to gain.
