Hi,
Is there anyway I can use my OEM 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee key fob to operate this remote start?
I was told I can a few years back, but I don't remember how to program it. It was some combo I would have to do with the lock/unlock buttons to make it start.
What I really would like is to use the panic button on the OEM fob to start the Jeep. Is this possible?
BTW the factory fob is a three button- lock, unlock, panic as pictured below.
Thanks for any help.commando 2300 pro start key fob - Last Post -- posted image. please use this email

You can connect your remote start activation input wire to a door lock motor wire and program the remote start to turn on after 2 positive pulses.  In other words you can press the lock button twice and the car will turn on.  Only down side to this is that your alarm will turn off and the range on the remote i would assume you wouldn't be to happy about.

Ok,
What is the Pro-start 2300 remote start activation input wire?
