im new to the forum and i want to know how to use the WinISD because i downloaded and i do not know how to use it thanks another question how i know the frequency of my car to tuned the box thanks from puerto rico

What kind of vehicle? Maybe someone has one also and can help you. Otherwise you'd have to have fancy-schmancy equipment to find out yourself.
