Is the brain giving voltage out on the siren output wire? Have you checked any of your wiring?

I have the same problem as well. Any ideas on a fix? Connects seem to look good.

Does the siren work when you press the lock or unlock button for > 3 seconds ? If the siren works, then try this press truck button once within 3 seconds press lock or unlock button.

it might be on silent mode, in silent mode, if the car is armed, unarmed, or the alarm is triggered, only the 2 way will be notified, siren will be "muted"
