Your best bet is to start looking at amps in your price range, and compare specs, power, and features.

For example I used to sell MTX amps, they had plenty of power on tap but they had fixed x-overs (such a lame feature!), so I switched to selling Arc's entry level amp, the Kar series. Not only are these amps great sounding and looking (flat black with one emblem) they have tremendous tuning capabilities. I can easily run it in tri mode, with plenty of control of the sub channel.

I stated my price range and what I was looking for. Also I'm not looking for a sub amp. What I'm looking for is a good- high quality amplifier that will run cool and deliver clean sound.

Did you read what I wrote?? After I pick the amp for you, do you want me to listen to it for you as well? Any one can ramble off a million amps, why don't YOU do some research (with the tools I gave you) and chose a few, then bring them back here and discuss them.

Use some common sense and learn to take good advice.
