I just got a call from a company and they want me to install 8 GPS Fleet tracking devices and they do not look very hard to install but, I was just wanting to know if anybody has installed anything like this.  Its just a few wires and from doing sat. radios and looking at this thing it does not look that hard.  Any input would be great.

Thanks

Wade

I do this all the time, its easy, rules:- get antennae in line of sight to daylight. If vehicle has heated or metal film front screen such as BMW, Audi or M/Benz, antennae on blacked out portion next to mirror, if going for stealth, mount at rear right,  BMW  SL, CL , Audi TT place behind trims and mount antennae under  (plastic) light unit There always seems to be an ign/acc wire there along with ground and permanent. Did a new Focus with heated front window Saturday, mounted unit (after sealing off in plastic bag) under  scuttle , vehicle has a fusebox next to battery with ign live, job done.
