I 'm looking for a  4 button remote for the compustar 2w900fmr.  I have the pager already but only need the 4 buton.  A&B Sound sells the units but appears to have difficulty getting fobs.  Will any other fobs work?

Make sure they are the 900 mhz models and not the 433 mhz otherwise they will not work at all when programming. All the new PRO series and 8000 model series systems are 433 mhz and I'm not too sure about the US models either if they are 433 or 900.

It will work, but not all the white remote controls tell you that they are 900mhz or 433 mhz.

All you have to do is make sure there is a FCCID number. It will say N99J1WPLL4R= 1W900FMR WORD
