is it possible with the 530t window module to obtain one touch control from all the switches in the car, such as using some sort of diode isolation or would that not work
vehicle is an 06 colorado

also, the windows in the colorado, does anyone know if those are controlled by the BCM? or do the switches wire right to their respective motors
any help would be greatly appreciated

Usually the switches wire straight to the motors but I don't know for sure what your specific vehicle is wired.  Also the one-touch rolldown is controlled by a module in the driver's door that connects between the driver's down switch and the motor.  I don't know if you could get anything like that aftermarket, could be possible, but I don't know.
I'm not a professional installer. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
