Which would be louder? I know common sense tells me 2 10's would be louder than 1 but hear me out. I'm currently running the 2 10W6's in a ported box in the trunk of my 97 BMW M3 with a 500/1 Monoblock amp, some have said that I am underpowering those speakers and it would be more efficient to just run one and since the 10W7 is rated at 500 watts RMS it would be a perfect match for that amp. What are your thoughts guys??

Two 10" W6V2s without a doubt. Have this set up in our store demo car. Save up for a second 500/1.
There is no such thing as free installation!

Yep, go with the two 10W6's. EXCELLENT woofers, with some great output. When you add a second amp, you might wet yourself. In a good way

Well thats just it, I don't really want to add another amp, I just want to maximize the output from my one 500/1 amp.

Save up and buy a 1000/1.
You have two great subs ready to go. Don't go backwards and take a sub out if you don't have to!

A 10w7 and 500/1 are close to the same price.
For output, you should buy another amp and run one per woofer. It will 'pound'!
