Well I am planning getting a 2 Fi Bl 15" setup with this amp
http://cgi./SoundStream-PCA2000D-Mono-D-Class-4000W-Amplifier-NEW_W0QQitemZ150174680000QQihZ005QQcategoryZ64570QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
i will also get this wiring kit
http://cgi./KICKER-1-0-GAUGE-6000w-DUAL-AMP-WIRING-INSTALL-CAR-KIT_W0QQitemZ270180996840QQihZ017QQcategoryZ79815QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
and with whatever wires are extra use them to upgrade to the "big 3"
All will be put in a 2004 ford explorer. My question is though will I DEFINETLY need to upgrade my alternator? or will i do fine with just upgrading the big 3?

Most stock alternators are JUST big enough to run the car. Anything over that is cause for an upgrade. Especially one of 4000w. Thats some serious amperage.

1: eBay links don't work here. (Geez, doesn't anybody READ anymore? It's in the agreement you said "Yes, I agree to abide by all of these rules" to, when you signed up...)
2: Yes. Think about it. 2000RMS watts out, with all-digital amplification, allowing 80% efficiency, that's 2500 watts demanded from the electrical system. 2500 watts, divided by 14.4v equals 173.6A. Your alternator isn't even that big WITHOUT having to run all of the other stuff in the car, like lights, the engine, AC, wipers... An '04 Exploder, maybe 105A... MAYBE. Probably more like 80A. Yeah, you're going to have to upgrade the alternator, too... I'd recommend at LEAST a 200+ amp unit, 250 would be better.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

OK. Here we go...
1. Don't ask for information and help if you've already gotten answers that fit what you wanted to hear.
2. Still, doing the math, EVEN IF your car DID come with a 130A alternator (which I can pretty much assure you, it DIDN'T), you STILL can't pull 176 rabbits out of a 130 rabbit hat.
Do it your way. I REALLY don't care. Do I sound wizzed? Good, because I am.
:::::EDIT::::::
According to my searches, the V8 did come with a 130A, but the V6 came with a 95A.
So, you might be right, but I still maintain you WILL NOT be ok with your stock alternator, and adding 2000 watts worth of amplifier.
Do the math. If you DEDICATED your entire output from your alternator, ALL 130A OF IT, 130A X 14.4V = 1872 watts, multiply that by .8 and you get 1497 watts. So, basically, if you DIDN'T RUN ANYTHING ELSE IN YOUR CAR, including the CAR ITSELF, your existing alternator won't have enough power to run a 2000 watt amplifier, it'll run a 1500 watt amplifier, and nothing else. End of story.
Still, whatever... Do it however you want, and have fun replacing your stock alternator at the Ford dealership in a year...
Either that, or go buy a cap. electrical upgrading for 2k watts -- posted image.

If you're gonna be driving around with your music at full blast, then you're gonna need an HO alt. At least a 200amper.

No question about it, you NEED AN ALTERNATOR, it MAKES POWER, a battery/ capacitor stores the power that the ALTERNATOR makes...without the ALTERNATOR, where would you power come from? Man, if you can figure out how to get an extra battery or 2 to properly power a 2000 watt system let me know, I want to buy stock in your company because you will have discovered the holy grail of electronics...power that magically appears.....   Are you a magician?
Last time I remember, when I ask my engineering teacher a question, I believe him....right now we are your teachers and your our student. Right now your failing.
Sorry if that came out prude, and demeaning, but I had to get my point across. By the way, nice subs!

-He was totally joking! Seriously, don't get ANY caps!

Anyways, the V6 came with a 130amper, while the V8 had a 130amper OR 140amper.

You're still gonna need a HO alt, Period.
