Did you power up the second ignition white wire?

Thanks, yes I did the white ignition wire.  That doesn't seem to be the problem, any other suggestions?

yes, there should be a white wire that HAS to be powered up when remote starting...most remote starters have a wire for a "5th relay" or "second ignition" if not then you will need to add a relay to power that wire. if it's not connected you can and prob will ruin your tranny after a bit. (not sure how long, never tried to find out, lol)

back to the question at hand, what unit are you useing and what wires did you connect to the main harness of the remote starter? also, did you try to remote start the vehicle efor the white wire was connected or were all if your connections made befor attempting to start it?

As already asked it will make things easier if you list the make and model of the remote start you are using.
Is the white wire powering up as an ignition or an accessory?
