I am working on a 70 Mach 1 Mustang restomod. I am impressed by the proejctor lgihts such as the ones on the new Vettes. Searching this site it appears to me they are, it almost seems, quite a troublesome upgrade. Making the lens fit the pony is not an issue. I really want to make this pony stand out and need your help and opinion. Should I make the investment in projector lights, or go with the old school? The car will not be driven much at night as it is a show car.

Do you mean projector or HID?

Going HID is not that difficult, need 7" lens kit (used to put in replaceable bulb, by Hella, ect) and HID kit, and up grade the wiring.  Finding the lense kit is the hardest part.
