06 golf gti, light bulb emulation

Hello, i need help on making something like a 21w light bulb emulation. I need to trick a car's brain. I have replaced my tail lights, into custom aftermarket, connected them also in suctom way. And now i have sign on my dashboard, that light bulb is brken, because i have removed three light bulbs. I need something to put on the end of the cable to for car computer to thin that the bulb is ok. Thank you in advance.
B]My car is VolksWagen GOLF GTi year 2006.

Post Correction. I need to hook up something on the cables, for the car to think that the bulbs are ok. Doesnt mater what. Only it must be producing as low as possible heat.
I was thinking of some kind of rezistors, or something like that.
