Whats up guys , i wanna lift a caprice trunck and close a trunck with either a electic motor or a actuator. Do anyone know how i can go about getting a kit or materials to do this. Help guys

Thanks for the drawings , this is what i needed . Where can i find a kit for installing or the actuator , cant find a store here in chi-town..

The Relays can be found at almost any Car Stereo Shop.

Sorry for hijacking. I appreciate your diagram for reversing polarity. To take this one step further is there a way to control this with 1 auxillary remote wire. I am using only a 3 channel and the other 2 channels are being utilized for the door actuators. Also I assume the circuit will have to maintain constant power instead of the pulse the remote normally generates. Thanks.

You could use this circuit. You could use a third relay to break the power or ground connection when not in use.
