I just installed a astrostart 4204 remote start. It does not want to turn over like the module is not sending power to the starter. I have gone over everything twice. any ideas would help me out

I have noticed that when I hit the start button, not all the lights on the dash light up. Possibly like a ignition is not working

Have you verified that all of the outputs are sending +12V when they are supposed to be? Did you hook up all of the +12V inputs to the system?

Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

What does the message center say on the dash?(if it has one) It sounds like no ign or a passlock issue.

Test it w/your meter!!!

Did you hook up :

red to red 12v both wires, blue to yellow starter wire, orange to pink ignition, yellow to orange accessoy, white from 5th relay to white ignition, wht/grn to white brake wire

tach. hood pin, park lights, etc. self explanatory. What bypass did you use? Did you program 5th relay to ignition? Is there any flashing lights on dash when you try to start? How many times does the led on the AStrostart flash when it doesn't start?
