I had a guy come in with an old Astroflex 102D or 103D  remote starter (as printed on the back). When you hit the remote start button, the parking lights come on for approx 3 seconds, then shut off. No start. Lock/unlock works OK. I noticed the LED on the module is flashing a sequence of 5 flashes. What does this mean? I'm not an Astroflex dealer/installer so I have no clue how these models work. Car is a '95 Camry. Any install guides  for this thing still available?

5 flashes is "hood open" this unit has an OLD piece of crap magnetic style hood pin.... look it over? So old, I have no idea how they work.

Get a magnet and hold it above the pin switch, then try remote starting!

PM me your email address and I'll send you the install guide......if you would like!

Dipswitches. Weren't they from the stone age? HA! PM on the way.
